History
In 1983 at the age of 14 I helped a neighbor build his house and have been involved in the construction industry ever since. Throughout my construction experianece, I came to recognize that quality plan design was something I could excel at and I have fine tuned my experience and education to produce rapid, superior quality plans that exceed my clients expectations. I have worked in the structural engineering field for a majority of my adult life, drafting everything from small remodels to large scale Casinos, 8 Story Hotels and Custom high end homes. I worked for a large volume builder for several years turning out over 620 homes in one year, so speed and accuracy are my bread and butter, they have to be, problems on the front design side always equal delays and cost time and money on the back end, something I strive to eliminate with every plan.
