STANDARD FEES

Total design costs vary from project to project and its complexity, client changes, and various municipal requirements for drawings. However, here is a range of what you can expect for a full set of permit drawings (including engineering): 

Stock Plans $.75 per square foot for above grade finished space, $0.25 per sq. foot for unfinished basement and $0.35 per sq. ft. of finished basement (includes engineering)

Custom Design $1.10 - 2.50 per square foot above grade finished space, $0.25 per sq. foot for unfinished basement and $0.35 per sq. ft. of finished basement (includes engineering)

Additions/ Remodels $500 minimum; plus hourly rate. 

Consultation time/ change orders/ etc. hourly basis per quote

Finished Square Foot means; the finished, heated living space above or below grade. Garages, patios, crawl spaces, unfinished basements, are not included for budgeting purposes.

How much extra do you charge for making changes to plans? Changes to base plans are done on an hourly basis, and an estimate will be presented prior to starting. Three plan changes are included with our price. 

How much are additional copies of plans? A charge of $50.00 for additional copies of plans.
